However, we offer a VIP Buyer Service for those genuine, serious buyers who are in a position to buy straightaway. A VIP Buyer gets early notification of new and reduced properties and the opportunity to book a viewing.

To qualify as a VIP Buyer you must be one of the following:

• A first time buyer
• A cash buyer
• Have sold your property
• Are selling or thinking of selling with haart
• Have a property to sell but mortgage arrangements in place
